MyStylePoints Terms and Conditions
MyStylePoints Program participation and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of MyFavoriteStyles.com (MFS). At its sole discretion, MFS has the right to modify, add or delete any of the Program rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated the value of the rewards and/or the time for redemption.You will receive a Rewards Certificate by email within 60 days after you reach the minimum point threshold as defined in the Program. Points will not be earned on sales tax, reward redemptions, prior purchases, warranties, shipping expense, gift cards, service fees or returned merchandise. As noted above, MFS may change the point minimum at any time without prior notification.
Rewards Certificates (i) can be redeemed for merchandise only as offered by MFS (ii) must be used in their entirety at time of purchase and (iii) may not be redeemed for gift cards, credits, select products, online services or service items. Rewards Certificates have no cash value and cash will not be paid for unused portions of the Rewards Certificates. Merchandise purchased with a Rewards Certificate may be exchanged for merchandise only. Rewards Certificates are not transferable and MFS reserves the right to limit the time within which you may redeem Rewards Certificates.
The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as MFS, in its sole discretion, elects to designate a Program termination date. MFS has the right to end the Program at any time without providing written notice to you. All UNREWARDED POINTS shall automatically expire each year on the Saturday closest to January 31st.
Modification of these terms and conditions may only be made in writing by an authorized representative of MFS. All interpretations of Program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of MFS and such interpretations are binding on you.
You are responsible for notifying MFS of any changes of email address. MFS is not responsible for Reward Certificates, which are lost, delayed or misdirected. Program points and Reward Certificates may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are your sole responsibility. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participation in the Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides. If in any particular state the Program or MFS has to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other governmental regulatory approval, the Program will be void in that particular state.
