These are items you are thinking about buying. When you check out they will not appear in your shopping bag. You must transfer an item from your wish list to your shopping bag in order to purchase it.

Orders may be placed on the MyFavoriteStyles™.com Site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All Orders of in-stock items placed after 4:00 P.M. (EST) on business days and all Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day. MyFavoriteStyles™.com hours of operation are 8:30 A.M. through 5:30 P.M. (EST) Monday through Friday.
We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) if any portion of your order is backordered. There is no additional cost to ship backorders. There is only one shipping charge per order and it is charged when your first shipment is sent. Backordered items will be grouped and shipped together when appropriate otherwise, backorders are shipped as they become available.

Standard delivery time to the 50 U.S. States is 5 to 9 business days for in-stock orders. Shipping is free for orders $50 or more* to the 50 States only. Standard shipping to APO/FPO military addresses and U.S. territories may take longer. We will choose the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use include but are not limited to United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping fees:

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. If you shipped via UPS, your email will contain a tracking number that you may use to track your order. You can track your order by using UPS Internet tracking site.

Step 1 - Band Size
To measure the band size, take a snug measurement around your rib cage, below your bust and shoulder blades. If you get an odd number (like 35), round up one (to 36).
Step 2 - Fit
To check the band size, measure under the arms and over the bust. If you get an odd number, add one, if you get an even number this is your band size. Compare the number you just measured for "Fit" to the previous number for "Band Size". If the numbers differ, go with the larger number.
Step 3 - Cup Size
To measure the cup size, with bra on and clothes off, measure around the fullest part of your bust. For every inch that is greater than your band size, this is one cup size. For example, if the difference is 1"=A, 2"=B, 3"=C, 4"=D, 5"=DD, 6"=DDD.

What are my payment options?
MyFavoriteStyles™.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover online. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or COD.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at MyFavoriteStyles™.com is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. Do I need to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for all customers located in the state of North Carolina. The tax rate is 6.75%. If you are required by your location to pay tax, it will be calculated automatically in the last step of the checkout process.
How do I log into my account?
Click on My Account, and enter your email address and password to log in to your account. If you forget your password, simply click the Forgot Password link and we will email you the password. You can change your password once you have logged in.
Part of my order is backordered. Will you ship what you have or will I have to wait for the entire order?
We will ship the portion of your order that is in-stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once we ship. And we will contact you to let you know what item is on backorder.
How do I return or exchange a product that I purchased?

Do you share or sell customers' personal information?
No. Our Privacy Policy guarantees that your information will not be disclosed. We use this information only for orders you place.
Do you have any retail stores or a printed catalog?
MyFavoriteStyles™.com operates entirely online and does not currently have any retail locations or a printed catalog. To view our latest products, please visit our complete catalog on the website.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
No, we currently have no Gift Wrapping services.

Returns and Exchanges
At MyFavoriteStyles™.com, we believe in offering the Very Best - Value, Quality and Selection, however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange something. You may return unworn, unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact. Items without their orginal tags intact will not be eligible for refund. Due to health code regulations Panties/Pantyhose/Briefs are final sales. Unopened packages of Panties/Pantyhose/Briefs are returnable.
We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days and notify you once we have done so. If you requested a refund, we will process it on the original credit/debt card used for the purchase minus shipping/handling fee.
Returns beyond the 30 days of delivery or for incorrect shipping information are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.
Return / Exchange Shipping Fees
You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees of $4.95 will apply. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.

Please follow these steps to successfully return your purchase:
- Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which each item is wrapped.
- If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit sent back to us.
- To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary. Many carries offer low cost ground shipping and allow you to trace your delivery.

Cancellations
