I was given an extra pair of socks, at no cost, just for being a member of the military. They didn't even know I'm currently deployed to Afghanistan; and still thought to support our troops. I will definitely purchase more items from this organization.

When the item arrived it was the wrong color. It's very possible that was my error when I ordered it. I called and was able to return it, no problem. The color I wanted was not in stock. When they receieved the item, they emailed me to let me know they got it. |

Incredible customer service! They didn't have what I purchased so they gave me a free upgrade! When it didn't fit they exchanged it for the correct size! Everything was done in a timely manner, without question. I highly recommend this seller! Awesome experience! |

When they found they could not fulfill my order because they were out of stock they were in contact with me everyday until they connected me with the manufacturer who filled the order in plenty of time before Xmas.
