Don't know how large a company y'all are, but I was impressed right away when I was notified by email about my color choice not being available, and the subsequent phone call I made to you.
How nice it was to speak directly to a person, who right away knew/found my order and quickly provided me with all the info I needed, and in a friendly manner.
Then you followed up with an email to tell me the Brooks shorts I was interested in are available in all colors in my size. Giving me a 15% discount was nice too!
